Pact and Not as packed
Last night MAF was as usual - full of photo-takin, song-singin, cock-talkin and thinkin-about-de-future... De numbers have dropped, significantly, but nonetheless it was some great fun time... Ten years down de road will we ever get to see one another? There's always this question of whether de tradition will die off and whether people will still remember/want to come back on a saturday evenin... Of course we can't force anyone and it's all got somethin to do with their days in HC - whether it's made a huge impact on them and whether it's all worth rememberin and cherishin...
Well i made a pact to come back every MAF... And boy, how impulsive was that... If it were more than half a year ago, perhaps it would have stood...but now that de chances of me flyin away is so high, it juz saddens me more... Without bein present, i can't see how i'm gonna even get a feel of it all, and all de facebook photos that are gonna be uploaded MAF after MAF serve as reminiscence and i'll be wishin i were there...and after a blink of an eye, next MAF is here...
Anyway, i took back our huiji, juz in case a big cleanout occurs and all these books are treated as junk... Heh i took a look at it last night and de last entry was by me in december last year... These 9 months no one has written in it, sadly... Well at least de juniors still have de tradition of keepin a huiji but havin browsed through past huijis, de stuff and way people write have evolved...
I dunno if it's possible and even if it were, someone's gonna wallop me for it - flyin back every year to feel de air of home, to see de rounder moon at HC, to talk about de future with classmates, to think of de past at huisuo
and to fulfill my pact
