Took a bus down to raffles place to hand in my scholarship application today, yes very normal... But it was refreshin to not worry about whether i'm goin on the correct road, the one-way streets of town, the out-of-the-world erp charges, parkin availablity, parkin cost, petrol cost etc... Yes, people should ride bicycles down to town so that there will be no point for the erp gantries anymore, save mother earth and get their legs movin once in a while...
Raffles place, singapore river, acm...all bring back memories, to be savoured, forgotten, but remembered... Went in for a look and it all felt like ages ago... Then headed down to esplanade library, which is the reason why the libraries elsewhere have so few books in their Music section..just a short browse and i finally found the category of books i've been lookin for... Then went to millenia walk in search of Robert Piano Co... Firstly, that might have been my first time ever strollin in millenia walk! It's a place so close yet so far, cuz we're always goin to de buildings around it... And secondly, what a collection of pianos they have at Robert Piano - the legendary Steinway and Sons, and other great makes such as Boston, Essex, Kawai...
